Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí a s tím přímo souvisejícím institutem vykázání jakožto preventivnímu opatření proti vzniku dalšího násilí. Uvedená práce obsahuje bližší seznámení s ohroženou a násilnou osobou, s posuzováním znaků domácího násilí ze strany policie a samotný průběh a možnosti vykázání ze společného obydlí. V práci je rovněž popsán dopad probíhajícího domácí násilí a důsledky domácího násilí z pohledu sociálního klimatu rodiny. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the questions of domestic violence and is related to the institute of banishment, as a preventive measure against the occurrence of further violence. This thesis contains a more detailed introduction with vulnerable and violent person, with assessment signs of domestic violence from the police, the process itself and the possibility of banishment from a common dwelling. In the thesis, it is also described the incidence of ongoing domestic violence and consequences of domestic violence from the perspective of the social climate of the family. |
