Tématem této bakalářské práce byla komparace studentů sportovních a nesportovních středních škol a jejich životního stylu zaměřená hlavně na jedince ve věku 15 ? 20 let, což je podle mého názoru riziková skupina výrazně vystavená nezdravému životnímu stylu a vlivu návykových látek. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zabývá pojmy zdraví a životní styl. Představuje jednotlivé determinanty životního stylu. Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření zaměřené především na pohybové aktivity a užívání alkoholu, tabáku a jiných drog. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the comparison between students of sports and non-sports oriented secondary schools and their lifestyle, focused mainly on individuals between 15 to 20 years of age. In my opinion, this is a high risk group exposed to an unhealthy lifestyle and the influence of drugs. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the concepts of health and lifestyle. It also represents the individual determinants of lifestyle. The practical part contains research focused mainly on physical activity, use of alcohol, to-bacco and other drugs. |
