dc.description.abstract	Moje diplomová práce se zabývá autonomií ve stáří. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda je prostředí domu s pečovatelskou službou/přirozené prostředí pro seniora přínosem z pohledu zachování jeho autonomie ve významu: podpory zvládání každodenních činností, podpory udržování sociálních kontaktů a vztahů a podpory aktivního způsobu trávení volného času. Následně porovnávám názory seniorů žijících v přirozeném prostředí a seniorů žijících v prostředí domu s pečovatelskou službou. Práce obsahuje prezentaci průzkumu a výsledných zjištění a analyzuje výsledky dotazníku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis deals with autonomy in old age. The main target of the study has been to find out, if the environment of the house with the nursing service/natural environment coul be the benefit for the old people from the point of view to keep their autonomy in the meaning of: support to manage the everyday activities, support to keep the social contacts and relationships and support the aktive way, how to spend thein lemure time. Subsequently I have compared the meanings of seniors, who are living in natural environment with these, who are living in environment of houses with nursing services. The study contents the presentation of surfy and results of fading and analyzes the results of questionnaire.	en
