dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je zjištění výskytu mobbingu na pracovištích sociální sféry ve Zlínském kraji. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, ve které jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se násilí a mobbingu na pracovišti a je také zde popsána sociální sféra. První kapitola se zaměřuje na oblast násilí na pracovišti, další kapitola se zabývá mobbingem v zaměstnání a poslední kapitola se věnuje mobbingu a sociální sféře. Dále práce obsahuje praktickou část, která je zaměřena na výzkum celkové míry výskytu mobbingu na pracovištích sociální sféry Zlínského kraje. Zjištění celkové míry výskytu mobbingu je hlavním cílem výzkumné části.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic of this thesis is to determine the occurrence of mobbing at the workplace social sphere in the Zlín Region. The thesis includes a theoretical part in which are the basic concepts related to violence and mobbing at the workplace and also describes the social sphere. The first chapter focuses on workplace violence, the next is about mobbing at the workplace and the last chapter is devoted to mobbing and social sphere. This thesis includes a practical part which focuses on research overall rate of mobbing at the workplace social sphere of the Zlín Region. Determining the overall rate of mobbing is the main objective of the research.	en
