Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty sociální opory rodiny vojáka plnícího úkoly v zahraniční operaci. V teoretické části jsou formulovány cíle a omezující podmínky práce. Dále je zde provedeno vymezení základních přístupů k sociální opoře obecně, včetně uvedení zdrojů sociální opory, druhů a úrovní, ale i negativních aspektů sociální opory. Je charakterizována rodina, její úloha a funkce se zaměřením na specifika rodiny vojáka z povolání. Je uvedna stručná historie soudobých vojenských operací za účasti příslušníků Armády České republiky a rozebrány požadavky, které jsou na vojáky účastnící se zahraničních operací kladeny. Jsou popsány možnosti péče o vojáka a jeho rodinu z pohledu platné legislativy a konkrétní praxe. Těžiště diplomové práce je položeno do prezentace výzkumu provedeného v oblasti poskytování sociální opory rodinám vojáků složkami armády a její vnímání rodinnými příslušníky vojáků, včetně zhodnocení výsledků tohoto výzkumu. |

The thesis deals with selected aspects of a social support for families of soldiers carrying out tasks within foreign operations. The theoretical part of the thesis formulates goals and restrictive conditions of the research and defines basic approaches to social support in general, including an indication of the sources of social support, the types and levels, and the negative aspects. There is also characterized term family, its role and functions, focused on the peculiarities of the professional soldier?s family. The thesis briefly introduces a history of contemporary military operations, with the Czech contribution and discusses the requirements for soldiers, designated to these operations. It describes the possibilities of the social support for those soldiers and their families from the perspective of the applicable legislation and how it is implemented in reality. At the end of the theoretical part is defined main and sub objectives of the research as well as hypotheses verified in the empirical research. The focus of the whole thesis is laid into the presentation of outcomes from field research dedicated on providing social support for soldier?s families by the Army components. Moreover the perception of this kind of support by the family members and the research outcomes evaluation were underlying as well. |
