Bakalářská práce s názvem Uplatnění poznatků psychologie při výslechu osob se zabývá jedním z velmi významných aspektů činnosti orgánů činným v trestním řízení. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy (tj. pojmy výslech, vyslýchající a vyslýchaný), jakož i objasněny základy psychologie výslechu (zejména specifika výslechu některých skupin osob a percepční chyby, jichž se mohou orgány činné v trestním řízení během výslechu dopouštět). V empirické části jsou rozebrána zjištění výzkumného šetření, které bylo pro-vedeno k problematice uplatňování poznatků psychologie při výslechu osob policisty z vybraných součástí Policie České republiky. V návaznosti na tato zjištění jsou formulo-vána některá opatření ke zlepšení stavu v této oblasti. |

The bachelor degree thesis entitled The Application of Psychology Knowledge in Interro-gations deals with one of the very significant aspects of activities carried out by authorities responsible for penal proceedings. The theoretical part gives definitions of the basic con-cepts (such as interrogation, interrogator and interrogated persons), as well as an outline of the fundamentals of interrogation psychology (primarily specific features of interrogation of some groups of persons and perception errors the authorities responsible for penal pro-ceedings may commit during interrogation). In the empiric part the author analyses obser-vations of a survey carried out in regard of the application of psychology knowledge in interrogations of persons by the policemen from some of the sections of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the context of the observations the author formulates measures to be taken to improve the situation. |
