dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem práva na člověka ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a na jeho Program zacházení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je, za použití kvalitativní vý-zkumné strategie zjistit, zda existence projednávání podmíněného propuštění a případné zkrácení délky trestu odnětí svobody ovlivňuje pedagogickou práci odborných zaměstnan-ců s odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, a porozumět vztahům mezi zákonnou normou, časem a výchovou v penitenciárním prostředí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The dissertation deals with the influence of the law on a man in the execution of the pu-nishment confinement and on his Program Treatment. The principal objective of this dis-sertation is to find out, in application of the qualitative research strategy, if the existence of the debating of a condition release and a potential reduction of the term confinement influ-ences the educational work of the professional employes with the condemneds in the execution of the punishment confinement and to understand the relations among legal norm, time and education in the penitentiar environment.	en
