Prostorové či sociální vyloučení, rasismus a xenofobie, jsou aktuálními problémy dneška. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na faktory, které zapříčiňují vyloučení příslušníků romského etnika z participace na zdrojích společnosti a ze společensko-kulturního dění. Uvedené determinanty zařazuji do historických souvislostí, s přihlédnutím na současnou interkulturní situaci v českém, ale i zahraničním prostředí. Důležitými cíly této práce je také představení romského etnika umožňující pochopení jejich života a společensko-ekonomické situace, jakož i určitá systémová řešení a opatření, která by měla jejich sociálnímu vyloučení předcházet. V praktické části své práce jsem provedl rozhovory s Romy, kteří se úspěšně zařadili do společnosti, a snažil se popsat faktory, které jim k tomu, dle jejich názoru, dopomohly. |

Exclusion from specific areas as well as social exclusion, racism and xenofobia, are manifestations of our time. In this bachelor thesis the attention is devoted to factors that cause exclusion of Roma etnic from participation in social and cultural life and discrediting them from using the social resources. I looked on these factors from historical perspective and also described it as a part of the multicultural society of nowadays in the Czech republic and abroad. Goals of this thesis are introducing of the Roma people which can help to understand their way of life, social and economical situation as well as providing some possible solutions that can prevent the social exclusion. In the practical part I did couple of interview with succesful Roma people that managed to be part of the major society. I described factors that due to their opinion helped them with inclusion. |
