dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce charakterizuje a specifikuje trh práce, nezaměstnanost, dlouhodobou nezaměstnanost i nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které mohou sloužit při procesu začleňování dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných zpět do práce. Poukazuje také na možnost zařazení dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných na pracovní trh pomocí komplexního řešení, které spojuje různé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V praktické části je proveden výzkum formou dotazníku, díky kterému je možné porovnat samostatné rekvalifikační kurzy a rekvalifikační kurzy s dalšími vzdělávacími aktivitami a zjistit jejich využití pro následné uplatnění na trhu práce i jistotu respondentů při volbě vhodného kurzu před jeho absolvováním. Výsledkem je potvrzení stanovených hypotéz.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis characterizes and specifies labour market, unemployment, long-term unemployment as well as the instruments of the active employment policy which can be used for the integration of long-term unemployed people back to the work. This thesis points out the possibilities if several instruments of the active employment policy are joined to the complex solution. In the practical part the research proceeds in the form of questionary survey. The individual re-qualification courses are compared to re-qualifications combined with other educational activities which way is better to use in practise. The research finds out the respondents' confidence during selection of the suitable course. The result of the research confirms the appointed hypotesis.	en
