dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika psychosociálního klimatu školní třídy. V teoretické části se věnuji představení základní terminologie. Blíže popisuji vztahy utvářející klima třídy, přístupy ke zkoumání klimatu a způsoby, jak klima ve třídě měřit. V praktické části se zabývám představením jednotlivých fází výzkumného šetření, které jsem pomocí výzkumného nástroje realizoval v konktrétních školních třídách, a to včetně interpretace zjištěných výsledků a ověření hypotéz výzkumu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the problems of class climate. The theoretical part introduces the main survey of terms from this field. I explain the relations which can form the class climate and the approaches and the methods to measure it. The practical part deals with the parts of the research which was realized through the questionnaire in the classes. The presentation of research results and the research hypotheses is included.	en
