dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stáří a stárnutí v části teoretické. Charakte-rizuje seniora jeho úkoly a pojednává o místě, které v dnešní společnosti zaujímá. Zabývá se vztahem kvality života a stáří, psychologickými a sociálními aspekty, jimiž je ovlivněno a nalézá koncept zdravého stárnutí. Dále představuje sociální služby poskytované v České republice a jejich význam. Praktická část je věnována sociální pobytové službě Chráněného bydlení pro seniory sv. Anežky. Blíže specifikuje toto prostředí a také rozdíly mezi chráněným bydlením pro seniory a osobami s postižením. Zkoumá dopad na kvalitu života seniorů žijících v tomto zařízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor?s thesis is focused on the topic of old age and aging process. In the theoretical part it characterizes senior citizens, their tasks and deals with their place in the contemporary society. It examines relations between quality of life and old age, refers to principal psychological and social aspects and outlines a concept of healthy aging. It then discusses the social services provided in the Czech Republic and their significance. The practical part is devoted to the social residential service, specifically to the Sheltered housing for the elderly St. Agnes. It specifies this environment as well as differences between sheltered housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities. It also examines the impact on the quality of life of elderly people living in this unit.	en
