Bakalářská práce přináší náhled do problematiky vztahu klienta sociálních služeb se soci-álním pracovníkem. Nejdříve popisuje pojmy jako klient/uživatel sociálních služeb a jejich typologii. Dále se zabývá pojmem sociální pracovník, typologií sociálních pracovníků, kompetencemi, předpoklady pro výkon povolání sociálního pracovníka a jeho uplatnění. Třetí část je o sociálních službách, v jakých formách se vyskytují a rozdělení sociálních služeb dle cílových skupin uživatelů. Poslední část popisuje pojem interpersonální vztah, jeho význam, hranice a přímo vztah klienta se sociálním pracovníkem. Praktická část zkoumá, který pracovník převažuje v ambulantních službách a který v pobytových služ-bách. |

This bachelor thesis concerns the problems of relationship between client of social services and the social worker. Firstly the term client of social services is described with the typology of the clients included. Secondly the term social worker is treated, including the typology of social workers, their competences, requirements for the occupation and their appliance. The third part is devoted to the specification of social services with the attention is paid to their occurrence and division according to the target groups of users. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the term interpersonal relationship and its limits, moreover it defines the relationship between the client and social worker. The practical part analyses which worker prevails in outpatient services and which in residential services. |
