dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá profesí pedagoga nadaných žáků a problematikou nadaných žáků. Jedná se o diskutovaná a aktuální témata v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny a charakterizovány profesní a osobnostní charakteristiky pedagoga nadaných, představy o ideálním pedagogovi, charakteristiky nadaných dětí a vzdělávání intelektově nadaných žáků. Praktická část práce zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak si sami nadaní žáci představují ideálního pedagoga.	cs

The theoretical part of the thesis defines and characterizes the professional and personal characteristics of the teacher. It presents the conception of an ideal educator, the characteristics of gifted children and the education of intellectually gifted students.
