Bakalářská práce je zpracovaná na téma "Kulturní andragogika a vzdělávání dospělých k dialogu a toleranci ve společnosti". Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza potřeb tohoto vzdělávání. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z kulturní andragogiky a jsou zde prezentována některá umělecká díla. Praktická část formou kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťuje, jak v současnosti v praxi probíhá vzdělávání dospělých k dialogu a toleranci a jaké jsou potřeby tohoto vzdělávání z andragogického hlediska. V závěru uvádím náměty, jak poznatky získané na základě výzkumu prakticky využít. |

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is "Cultural andragogy and education of adults to a dialog and tolerance in society". The main object of this work is to analyse the needs of this education. In the theoretical part there are processed experiences of cultural andragogy and there are presented some art works. In the practical part, using qualitative research, I have found out, how the adult education is lead to a dialog and toleration today and what needs it has from the andragogycal point of view. The recommendations, how to practically make the best of knowledges based on research, are represented in the conclusion of this work. |
