Práce analyzuje reálnou možnost pozitivního vlivu stanoveného programu zacházení na resocializaci odsouzeného prostřednictvím analýzy faktorů, které ovlivňují resocializační proces, především aktivity programu zacházení, udržování rodinných a pracovních vztahů Tato práce se snaží přiblížit specifika a problematiku Programů zacházení ve věznicích v České republice. Práce se také snaží zjistit prostřednictvím empirické části informace o odsouzených, zapojených do programu zacházení, zejména jak vnímají program zacházení a jeho aktivity. Práce se věnuje také systému vězeňství, resocializačním systémům a specifikům jednotlivých typů věznic. |

The paper analyzes the real possibility of a positive effect of treatment on established program convict rehabilitation, through the analysis of the factors that influence the rehabilitation process, the activities of the treatment program, maintaining family and work relationships, This paper attempts to explain the specifics and problems of treatment programs in prisons in the Czech Republic. Work is also trying to find out through the empirical information about the convicts involved in the treatment program, especially how they perceive treatment program and its activities. The work also focuses on the penitentiary system, socialization systems and the specifics of each type prisons. |
