První kapitola bakalářské práce je zaměřena obecně na etiku. V podkapitolách je vysvětlen vztah mezi morálkou a právem, vinou a trestem. Hlavními tématy je profesní etika, stavovská hrdost, hrdinství a hanba. Ve druhé kapitole je analyzován Etický kodexem Policie České republiky. Je zde popsána příčina jeho vzniku, jeho význam a aplikace v praxi. Třetí kapitola je věnována porušování Etického kodexu Policie České republiky. Je zde vysvětlen systém kázeňských odměn a trestů a autorem navržené, možné, způsoby alternativního potrestání. Čtvrtá kapitola práce analyzuje vztah zvoleného téma k sociální pedagogice. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření názory policistů na vliv a přínos Etického kodexu Policie České republiky pro policejní praxi. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky z teoretické i praktické části práce. |

The first chapter of the bachelor thesis is focused generally on ethics. The section explains the relationship between morality and the law, and the punishment. The main subjects of the ethics, professional pride, heroism and shame. In the second chapter, it is analyzed the ethical code of the Police of the Czech republic. There is a documented cause of its creation, its meaning and application in practice. The third chapter is devoted to violations of the Ethical code of Police of the Czech republic. Here is explained by the disciplinary system rewards and punishments, and the author of the proposed possible alternative methods of punishment. The fourth chapter of the thesis analyzes the relationship of the chosen topic for Social pedagogy. In the practical part of the thesis are determined by a questionnaire survey of the views of the police on the impact and benefits of the Ethical code of Police of the Czech republic. Conclusion the work summarizes the findings from both theoretical and practical parts of the work. |
