dc.description.abstract	Současná postmoderní společnost je charakterizována výrazným rozvrstvením, které s sebou nese také řadu sociálních problémů. Stále častěji se setkáváme s různými postoji vůči minoritním sociálním skupinám. Problematika prosociálního chování a postojů se tedy stává velmi aktuálním tématem sociální pedagogiky. Cílem diplomové práce bylo pomocí kvantitativního šetření zjistit prosociální postoje studentů sociální pedagogiky vůči vybraným sociálním jevům, a také provést analýzu epistemologických poznatků vztahujících se k prosociálnímu chování v dnešní době v kontextu zahraniční literatury. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a ověřovány hypotézy. Součástí praktické části jsou také návrhy k řešení těchto problémů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The current postmodern society is characterized by strong stratification, which involves a number of social problems. Increasingly, we see various attitudes toward the minority social groups. The issue of prosocial behavior and attitudes thus is becoming a hot topic of social pedagogy. The aim of this thesis was to determine prosocial attitudes of students of social pedagogy toward selected social phenomena, and also to make an epistemological analysis of knowledge related to prosocial behavior nowadays in the context of foreign literature. The results of a questionnaire survey and tested hypotheses are presented in the practical part of the thesis. Proposals how to solve these problems are also included in the practical part.	en
