dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací ke studiu a mírou naplnění očekávání studentů oboru Sociální pedagogika. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiku vědního a studijního oboru Sociální pedagogika v České republice a v okolních státech. Další část je věnována praktickému pojetí oboru, profesi a uplatnění sociálního pedagoga. Následný výzkum je proveden mezi studenty prvního a posledního ročníku studia oboru Sociální pedagogika. Cílem je zjistit a analyzovat jejich motivaci ke studiu, prvotní očekávání od studia a míru naplnění těchto očekávání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis examines motivations and degree of fulfillment of expectations of students of the Social Pedagogy programme. The theoretical part describes elemental characteristics of the Social Pedagogy field of study and science in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries. The other part of this thesis deals with practical approach within this field of study and occupation; and possible practical assertion of a Social Pedagogue. A research work has been carried out among students of first and final years of study of the Social Pedagogy programme. The objective was to discover and analyze their motivations, initial expectations, and finally how their expectations of the study programme were met.	en
