Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života osob v zařízeních poskytující sociální služby. Teoretická část pojednává o historickém vývoji sociálních zařízení, legislativní úpravě a klasifikaci sociálních zařízení, na které navazují standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Dále poskytuje informace o mentální retardace, klasifikaci a příčinách tohoto postižení. Část empirická je zaměřena na interpretaci získaných dat prostřednictvím rozhovoru s klienty a jejich rodiči vybraného zařízení Úsvit. Snahou bylo získat odpovědi na výzkumné otázky vypovídající o kvalitě života handicapovaných lidí ve vybraném zařízení. |

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the quality of life of persons staying at facilities providing social services. Its theoretical part deals with historical development of social institutions, their legislative adjustment and classification, which the social services quality standards are based on. Furthermore it provides information on mental retardation, its classification and causes of this handicap. The practical part focuses on the interpretation of data collected as a result of dialogues with clients of a selected facility called Úsvit and their parents. The goal of these talks was to find answers on research questions, showing the quality of life of handicaped people in such facilities. |
