dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na dovednosti pedagoga na vysoké škole. V první kapitole teoretické části je čtenář seznám s vědním oborem pedagogiky, navazuje pohled do problematiky terciárního vzdělávání v podmínkách České republiky, kde se práce soustředí na osobu pedagoga vysoké školy a jeho pedagogické dovednosti. Poslední kapitola je věnována hodnocení českých vysokých škol se specifickým zaměřením na vnitřní hodnocení pomocí kvantitativní výzkumné metody Q-metodologie. Praktickým vyústěním práce je poukázat na důležitost určitých pedagogických dovedností, které považují současní pedagogové jedné z českých veřejných vysokých škol za klíčové pro výkon svého povolání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the personnel skills of the academic tutors at the higher education institutions. /This bachelor thesis focuses on the personnel skills of the academic tutors at higher education institutions. This work is divided into two main parts, theoretical part and practical part. First, in the theoretical part, is explained the issues related to the pedagogy as a science disciplines. Then there is detailed talked about the higher education system in the context of the Czech Republic. However, the most important part of this work focuses on the academic tutors and their personnel and professionals skills and development. In the last theoretical part is described the evaluation of the higher education institutions specified the internal evaluation of the quantitative research methods Q-methodology. In the second part of this paper is highlighted the importance of the particular pedagogical skills and qualifications, that academic tutors from one state Czech university consider as the most important for their profession.	en
