Tématem mé bakalářské práce je pohled na dnešní mládež očima nepedagogických pracovníků. Nejprve jsem věnovala pozornost školnímu prostředí, jeho vlivu na žáky a organizaci školy. Zabývala jsem se skrytými a viditelnými činnostmi ve škole a také vztahy mezi jejími zaměstnanci. Charakterizovala jsem dnešní mládež a její postoj ke starší generaci. Popsala jsem vlivy médií na děti, jejich vzory i idoly, které si dnešní mládež vybírá. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na sběr dat pomocí dotazníků a rozhovoru. Zúčastnily se jí z prvního stupně vybrané 3. a 5.třídy a z druhého 7. a 9. ze čtyř škol. Zmapovala jsem životní hodnoty dnešní mládeže, jejich volbu budoucího povolání, úsilí k dosažení vysněných cílů a vztah ke starší generaci, včetně představy o svém stáří. Zaměstnanců škol jsem se zeptala na jejich spokojenost v práci, chování dnešních žáků ve škole a smýšlení o hodnotách dnešních dětí. Snažila jsem se porozumět diskutovanému generačnímu problému v dnešní společnosti. |

The subject-matter of my bachelor?s work is how young people today are perceived through the eyes of non-pedagogical workers. First of all, I focused my attention on the school environment, how it affects pupils, and also the organization of the school. I considered both hidden and visible activities at school and the relationships among school staff. I defined young people today and their attitude towards the older generation. I identified the influence of the media on children, the role models and idols young people today follow. In the practical part of the work, I focused on the data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Among the questioned ones there were chosen classes of year 3 and 5 of the first educational stage and year 7 and 9 of the second educational stage from 4 different schools. I surveyed life values of the young today, their choice of future jobs, efforts for fulfilling their dreams and their attitude towards the older generation, including the idea of their old age. I asked the school staff about their work satisfaction, the behaviour of pupils at school nowadays, and their opinions about the values of pupils today. I have tried to understand the discussed generation issue in contemporary society. |
