dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Soukromý bankrot - důsledky zadlužení a možnosti jeho řešení" se zabývá problematikou, která je v současnosti aktuální pro stále zvyšující se počet našich spoluobčanů. V práci je nejprve zmíněn problém zadlužování našich domácností a nárůst počtu tzv. osobních bankrotů. Následně jsou rozebrány příčiny zadlužování a jeho důsledky. Druhá kapitola ve stručnosti uvádí současnou právní úpravu oddlužení u nás a ve svém závěru obsahuje i její komparaci s obdobnou právní úpravou v sousedním Německu. V empirické části jsou uvedeny kazuistiky pěti respondentů - dlužníků, kterým bylo povoleno oddlužení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor degree thesis entitled "Private Bankruptcy - Consequences of Indebtedness and Possibilities of Solution Thereof" deals with a topic which is nowadays very important for an ever-growing number of our fellow citizens. The thesis first describes the problem of households getting indebted and the increase in number of "personal bankruptcies". Subsequently, the author analyses the causes of indebtedness and consequences thereof. The second chapter briefly mentions the applicable Czech legal regulations in regard of discharge from debts and the conclusion includes a comparison with the legislation of the neighbouring Germany. In the empiric part the author mentions case reports regarding five respondents - debtors who were granted the permission for discharge from debts.	en
