dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktivizací osob s mentálním postižením v ústavní péči. Teoretická část vysvětluje příčiny vzniku a klasifikaci mentální retardace, popisuje psychické zvláštnosti a možnosti aktivizace u těchto osob. V praktické části je popsán kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je analyzovat aktivizační činnosti poskytované v Domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Zámku Břežany z pohledu spokojenosti uživatelů. V rámci výzkumu byly použity metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, pozorování a analýzy dokumentů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with activation of individuals with mental retardation in residential care. The theoretical part explains the causes and classification of mental retardation, describes the psychological traits and possibility of activation of these subjects. The practical part describes the qualitative research aimed to analyze motivational activities provided in the home for people with disabilities Zámek Břežany from the perspective of user satisfaction.
