dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality mladistvých, její strukturou, podstatnými rysy, etiologií a prevencí. Současně analyzuje mladistvého pachatele z pohledu psychosociálního vývoje a upozorňuje na nezbytnost jeho odlišení od tzv. chronického pachatele. Podstatu diplomové práce tvoří ucelený přehled alternativních trestních opatření a výchovných opatření, komparace právní úpravy ve světle dílčích rekodifikací, jakož i zdůraznění potřeby vzájemné spolupráce soudů s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a Probační a mediační službou ČR. Závěr práce je věnován případovým studiím a dotazníkovému šetření mezi laickou veřejností a pracovníky justice ke zjištění jejich postoje k problematickým aspektům právní úpravy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis discusses the problem of juvenile delinquency, its structure, fundamental features, aetiology and prevention. At the same time analyses the juvenile offender in terms of psychosocial development and highlights the need to distinguish it from the recidivist offender. The central structure of the thesis consists of an overview of alternative penal measures and educational measures, comparison of legislation in the light of sub recodification, as well as emphasizing the need for mutual cooperation between the courts of the social-legal protection of children and the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic. The conclusion is devoted to case studies and questionnaire surveys among the general public and workers in the judiciary to determine their attitudes towards the problematic aspects of the legislation.	en
