Předložená práce se zabývá vlivem vězeňského prostředí na životy odsouzených ve výkonu trestu, a to ve věznici Horní Slavkov, Karviná, Oráčov, Mírov a Valdice. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na Vězeňskou službu ČR, její strukturu, organizační jednotky a úkoly. Dále pozornost věnuji výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány limitující faktory, sociální klima vězení a životní cyklus. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, které proběhlo ve věznici Horní Slavkov, Karviná, Oráčov, Mírov a Valdice. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak podle odsou-zených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ovlivňuje vězeňské institucionální prostředí jejich život. |

My thesis deals with the influence of the prison environment on the lives of the prisoners in the prisons of Horni Slavkov, Karvina, Oracov, Mirov and Valdice. In the theoretical part of my thesis I focus on the Prison service of the Czech Republic, its structure, organisation units and tasks. Further on I analyse the prison sentence. In the last chapter of the theoreti-cal part I provide the description of limit factors, prison social climate and life cycle. The practical part contains the result of my research that took place in the prisons of Horni Slavkov, Karvina, Oracov, Mirov and Valdice. The aim of my research was to find out how the prison institutional atmosphere affects the life of those condemned to prison service. |
