Tématem diplomové práce je: ?Formy náhradní rodinné a ústavní péče.? Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části nás diplomová práce seznamuje s významem rodiny pro dítě, jejím fungováním a poukazuje na to, čím může být funkčnost rodiny narušena. Zaměřuje se na popis jednotlivých forem náhradní rodinné a ústavní péče. Zvýšená pozornost je v teoretické části věnována transformaci systému péče o ohrožené děti a schváleným novelám zákonů. V praktické části byl pomocí dotazníkového šetření proveden výzkum, ve kterém byla zjišťována informovanost veřejnosti o nově schválené novele zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. |
