Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality poskytovaných služeb v sociálních službách, konkrétně v sociální službě rané péče z pohledu uživatelů. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří přehledné shrnutí teoretických východisek týkajících se této problematiky. Práce přibližuje téma kvality v sociálních službách s ohledem na standardy kvality a zaměřuje se na její hodnocení zejména ze strany uživatelů. Charakterizuje sociální službu rané péče, její význam, cíle a cílovou skupinu této služby ? rodinu s dítětem s postižením. Empirická část prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření hodnotí kvalitu poskytovaných služeb z pohledu uživatelů v konkrétním Středisku rané péče. |
