Tato práce se zabývá postavením a uplatněním osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části své práce se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu osoba se zdravotním postižením a vztahu úřadu práce, agentur práce a zaměstnavatelů k těmto osobám. Jsou zde popsány nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti, které slouží k podpoře osob se zdravotním postižením a další jiné formy podpory. Poslední kapitola pojednává o nezaměstnanosti v Olomouckém kraji, o jejím vývoji, uchazečích o zaměstnání se zdravotním postižením a aktivní politice zaměstnanosti. Praktická část se zabývá metodickým výzkumem, který byl orientován kvantitativně a realizován za pomocí dotazníků. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaké mají osoby se zdravotním postižením uplatnění na trhu práce ve městě Olomouc. |

This thesis deals with the status and assertion of persons with health disability on labour market. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part aims on the definition of a person with health disability and relation of employment agency, recruitment agency and employers to such persons. Tools of employment policy used for support of persons with health disability and other different forms of support are described here. Last chapter deals with unemployment in Olomouc region, its development and candidates for employment with health disability and about active employment policy. Practical part is methodical research which was quantitatively oriented and realized by questionnaires. Its aim is to find out how is the assertion of persons with health disability on labour market in Olomouc city. |
