dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá působením dlouhodobého stresu na práci policisty. V úvodu jsou popsány tři vzájemně se sebou související pojmy, kterými jsou frustrace, syndrom vyhoření a v neposlední řadě stres. Tyto pojmy jsou zde uvedeny také z důvodu odlišení od sebe navzájem. Práce je zaměřena na přiblížení pozadí policejní práce a osob toto povolání vykonávajících. Zabývá se možnými příčinami stresových situací, kterým je policista vystaven a jejich důsledky. Závěr práce je zaměřen na způsoby vyrovnávání se se stresem a možnosti psychologické pomoci, kterou svým zaměstnancům poskytuje Policie ČR.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on effects of prolonged stress in the work of the policeofficers. The introduction describes the three inter-related concepts to each other, namely frustration, burnout and ultimately stress. These terms are also included to distinguish them from each other. The work is focused on characteristics of the background of police work and persons engaged in this profession. It deals with the posseble causes of stress situations which a police officer is exposed to and their consequences. The conclusion focuses on ways of dealing with stress and psychological assistance options, which is provided by the Police ČR to thein employees.	en
