Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Slováckou vinařskou podoblast a odrůdy v ní oblíbené. V teoretické části práce je charakterizována réva vinná, technologie výroby bílého a červeného vína a rozdělení vína dle vinařského zákona. Pozornost je převážně věnována samotné podoblasti Slovácko, její historii, rozloze a klimatickým podmínkám. Zároveň jsou popsány oblíbené bílé a červené odrůdy pěstované v této podoblasti. V praktické části príce byl vyhotoven dotazník určený konzumentům vína ze Slovácké podoblasti. |

The bachelor thesis focused on the Slovácko ine subregion and on the wine varietes which are popular there. In the theoretical part are characerized grapevine, technology of white wine and red wine production and sorting of wine according to the legislation. The attention is mainly dedicated to the Slovácko subregion itself, its history, area and climate conditions. There are also described popular white and red varietes grown in this subregion. In the practical part of the work, there was assessed a questionnaire designated for consumers of wine from the Slovácko subregion. |
