dc.description.abstract	Hlavnou myšlienkou a predmetom diplomovej práce sú informácie, ich zdroje, druhy a kvalita potrebné pre riadenie spoločnosti VOJUS a.s. V teoretickej časti sú podrobne spracované a vysvetlené poznatky vzťahujúce sa k tejto problematike a ich význam v informačnom procese a riadení . Analytická časť je zameraná na odhalenie najväčších problémov v komunikácií a procese toku informácií v spoločnosti VOJUS a.s. Táto analýza je spracovaná formou dotazníka, čo umožnilo jednoduchý zber informácií a vyhodnotenie výsledkov. V projektovej časti je navrhnutý spôsob ktorým by mal prebiehať informačný proces v spoločnosti, ak sa má zvýšiť úroveň riadenia a zároveň sú zadefinované informácie a činnosti, ktoré v súčasnom stave v tomto procese chýbajú. Praktická časť rieši aj problém s chýbajúcim modulom pre kapacitné bilancovanie dielne a analýzu úzkych miest.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Information, its sources, sorts and a quality which necessary to control companies VOJUS Inc, are the gist and major of this dissertation. Knowledge relating to this problem and its importance in the information process and management is explained and detailed in the theoretic sections. Analytical part is focused on revelation of biggest issues in interaction and information flow process in companies VOJUS Inc. This analysis is worked out to a questionnaire, al-lowing easy information acquisition and evaluation of results. Project section shows the desired way of information process in companies to improve the management level; and the presently missing information and activities are specified too. The applied part solves the problem of missing module for the workshop capacity balance and analysis of the poor throughput.	en
