Ve své bakalářské práci, která se zabývá trestnými činny páchanými na dětech, jejich etiologií a důsledky na vývoj dítěte, a které mají podobu víceméně skryté trestné činnosti, se snažím postihnout tyto základní údaje a problémy. V teoretické části první kapitoly je to především historický pohled na vývoj práv dítěte z celosvětového i vnitrostátního pohledu. Přičemž určitá historická data se promítají do celé práce. K teoretické části se vztahuje část praktická, rozdělená do třech kapitol. V těchto kapitolách je pojednáno o jednotlivých částech syndromu týrání, zanedbávání a zneužívání dětí. Nejdůležitější je popis příčin vzniku tohoto jednání dospělých vůči dětem a jeho vlivu na vývoj dítěte. Cílem bylo poukázat na fakt, že s lidmi, kteří ubližují vlastním dětem, bylo v dětství také špatně zacházeno. |

In my thesis, which deals with criminal acts against children, their aetiology and impacts on upbringing of children, and which nevertheless show features of hidden criminality, I try to describe these basic facts and problems. In theoretical part of the first chapter it is above all the historical view on the development of rights of a child from both worldwide and national points of view, whereas some of this historical data are projecting onto the whole thesis. The practical part of the thesis, structured into three chapters, is related to the theoretical part. These chapters deal with individual and factual aspects of the syndrome of maltreatment, neglect and abuse of children. The most important is the description of reasons of the origin of the behaviour of adults against children and its impact on upbringing of a child. The goal is to point out at the fact people who hurt their own children were also maltreated during their childhood. |
