dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti studentů Střední školy oděvní a služeb Vizovice. V teoretické části je objasněna problematika spokojenosti a vymezeny hlavní faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Praktická část se skládá z charakteristiky školy a analýzy jednotlivých oblastí spokojenosti studentů, která je zpracována pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou navržena doporučení k dosažení vyšší spokojenosti studentů Střední školy oděvní a služeb ve Vizovicích.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the Analysis of Student Satisfaction at Secondary Vocational School of Clothing and Services Vizovice. In the theoretical part the satisfaction issue is explained and main factors, which may influence it, are determined. The practical part on the other hand consists of the description of school and the analysis of specific areas of student satisfaction. The analysis has been carried out thanks to questionnaires and interviews. Last but not least, the recommendations to improve student satisfaction at Secondary Vocational School of Clothing and Services Vizovice are provided.	en
