Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu pro zavedení controllingových nástrojů do společnosti XY. Práce sestává ze dvou, na sebe navazujících částí. V první části je pro-vedena literární rešerše pojmu controlling. Na tuto teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která je podmíněna analýzou současného výchozího stavu pro projekt. Součástí je následné zavedení metod pro zefektivnění řízení společnosti, spojené se závěrečným zhodnocením efektivnosti a ekonomické výhodnosti projektu. |
