Bakalářská práce "Komunikace mezi učitelem a žákem z pohledu žáků" popisuje teoretická východiska komunikace ve školním prostředí. Věnuje se jednotlivým druhům komunikace a pokouší se definovat pojem pedagogická komunikace. V praktické části sleduje problémy komunikace tak, jak je vnímají žáci. Hlavní důraz je kladen na dva protipóly a tím jsou učitel, který je z hlediska komunikace problematický. A na druhé straně ideální učitel, který vyhovuje žákům v komunikaci a splňuje jejich představu o učiteli, kterému jsou ochotni se svěřit. Výsledkem celé práce by mělo být naznačení možných řešení, jak zkvalitnit komunikaci v rámci školního prostředí, případně jak nakládat s neúspěchy a možnosti nápravy vzniklé situace. |

The thesis (Bachelor's Degree) "Communication between a teacher and a pupil from the pupils'point of view'q describes theoretical solutions of communication at the school background. It is devoted to different types of communication and its aim is to define the term of teaching communication. In practical part are studied difficulties of communication as they are perceived by pupils. The accent is put on two opposite poles. The first one is a teacher with difficulties in communication. On the other hand there is an ideal teacher with communication skills who is able to fulfil pupils'expectations so they are prepared to open up to him/her. The outcome of the thesis should offer a suggestion of possible solutions how to improve the quality of communication within the possibilities of school background or how to deal with failure and rectify present situation. |
