Bakalářská práce Role poskytovatele sociálních služeb v životě osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením je zaměřena na kvalitu služeb poskytovaných v Azylovém domě pro ženy a matky s dětmi v tísni v Opatovicích. Teoretická část se zabývá sociálními službami, zejména těmi, které pomáhají lidem bez domova. Snaží se u vybraného poskytovatele o rozbor služby v souvislosti se snahou o samostatnost a nezávislost klientky. Praktická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu. Cílem je zjistit, zda je služba posky-tována v souladu se zájmy a potřebami klientek. |

This work The role of social providers in lives of the people who are at social risk deals with a quality of services provided at the shelter for woman and mothers with children in need in Opatovice. The teoretical part deals with social services, especially those that help the homeless. It tries to analyse services of a specific provider in the context of efforts to autonomy and independence of a client. The practical part is based on the qualitative research. The aim is to determine whether the service provision is in accordance with the interests and needs of the clients. |
