dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je popsat historické podoby dárcovství, jejich východiska a objasnit význam tohoto fenoménu pro současnou společnost. Provést rekapitulaci teoretických přístupů k vysvětlení altruistického chování člověka, vymezit a nastínit možnosti sociální pedagogiky v oblasti motivace dárců. Dále pak rozvinout myšlenku míry společenské odpovědnosti dárců a transparentnosti organizací zprostředkovávajících dobročinnost a představit činnost vybrané neziskové organizace. Empirická část práce, založená na drobném sociologickém průzkumu, má za úkol zjistit, jak zvolená sociální skupina vnímá dárcovství, které jeho formy podporuje a zdali a jak se to do tohoto procesu zapojuje.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of the thesis is to describe historical forms of donation, its principle, clarify the meaning of the phenomenon for the present-day society. The goal is also to summarize theoretical attitudes to explain the altruistic behaviour, demarcate and outline the possibilities of the social pedagogy in the donor's motivation sphere. Farther to elaborate the idea of the extent of social responsibility extention and the charity mediating organizations transparency and to introduce aktivity of the chosen non profit organization. The empiric part of the thesis, based on the small sized sociological research assigns how the chosen group perceives the donorship, which forms it supports, and whether and how it engages the process.	en
