Diplomová práce se věnuje rodině v situaci rozvodu a roli Fondu ohrožených dětí při evalvaci v rámci rozvodového řízení. Práce je sestavena ze dvou částí. První, teoretická část se zaměřuje na rodinu a rozvod, osobu dítěte, na rozvodové řízení dle legislativy a druhy profesionální pomoci v průběhu rozvodu či rozchodu rodičů a na činnost Fondu ohrožených dětí, především na poskytování sociálních služeb asistencí při problémovém kontaktu rodičů s dětmi a rodinnou mediaci. Druhá, praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiky rodin, kterým Fond ohrožených dětí Zábřeh poskytoval asistence při delším kontaktu rodiče s dítětem nebo při předávání dítěte mezi rodiči. Součástí výzkumu byly rozhovory s těmito klienty Fondu ohrožených dětí. Vyústěním diplomové práce je souhrnná zpráva pro vedení Fondu ohrožených dětí Zábřeh. |

The final essay deals with the situation of a family during divorce and the role of the Fund of Children In Need during evaluation within the divorce. The essay consists of two parts. The first, theoretical, part concentrates on the family and the process of di-vorce, the child, the process of divorce according to legislation, types of professional help during the divorce or separation of parents and on the activity of the Fund of Children In Needs, especially on provision of social services of assistance during a problematic con-tact between parents and children and family mediation. The second, practical, part in-cludes case interpretations of families which were given assistance by the Fund of Chil-dren In Needs during a longer contact between a parent and a child or during handover of a child between parents. Interviews with these clients of FOD were part of the research. The outcome of the final essay is a report for the management of the Fund of Children In Needs. |
