dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce "Evaluace programů zacházení s odsouzenými" je posouzení efektivity a účelnosti u užívaných programů zacházení. V první části této práce se autor zabývá historickým vývojem vězeňství na území českého státu až po současnou podobu Vězeňské služby České republiky. Významná část teoretických východisek se soustřeďuje na programy zacházení. Stěžejní část práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření na téma současné podoby programů zacházení s odsouzenými. V závěru autor shrnuje získané poznatky o kvalitativních stránkách nabídky programů a zjištění, že programy slouží svému účelu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the submitted thesis "Evaluation of the treatment program within prisoners" is to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of programs used for treatment. In the first part of this paper author applies to the historical development of the prison system on the Czech state region up to the current form of Czech Republic Prison service. The significant part of the theoretical background is focused on treatment programs itself. The crucial part consists of a survey on the current form of treatment programs with offenders. In conclusion the author summarizes the findings of the qualitative features of program offer and finding, that programs serve their purpose.
