dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Sociální pedagog v penitenciární praxi" se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění absolventů studijního oboru sociální pedagogika v současném vězeňství. Práce sleduje vývoj sociální pedagogiky od starého Řecka až k současnému pojetí tohoto oboru v Česku a na Slovensku a charakterizuje vztahy sociální pedagogiky a ostatních vědních disciplín. Práce se věnuje profesi a kompetencím sociálního pedagoga a teoretickým možnostem jeho uplatnění v praxi. V neposlední řadě se zaobírá současnou penitenciární praxí a deskripci vytipovaných pracovních pozic. Cílem výzkumu je ověření možností uplatnění absolventa oboru sociální pedagogika v konkrétních vybraných funkcích v praxi, včetně zjištění minimálních požadavků na vzdělání pro výkon těchto funkcí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "The social pedagogue in the penitentiary practice" deals with the possible use of graduates in social of pedagogy in the prison system. Labor follows the development of social pedagogy from ancient Greece to the current approach of the field in the Czech and Slovak and characterizes the relationship of social pedagogy and other disciplines. Labor is dedicated to the profession and the competencies of social pedagogue and the theoretical possibility of its application in practice. Finally, it deals with the current penitentiary practice and description of selected jobs. The aim of the research is to verify the possibility job opportunities for leavers' field of social pedagogy in particular selected functions in practice, and finding the minimum educational requirements for those functions.
