dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřování chronických ran v domácím prostředí, kterou zajišťuje Charita Vsetín. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části se čtenář seznámí s činností a chodem agentur domácí péče, jejich financováním a způsobem, jakým klient dostane nárok na danou službu. Závěr teoretické části bude věnován problematice chronických ran, jejich rozdělením, způsoby léčby a dostupností pomůcek na trhu. V praktické části jsou zkoumány především způsoby ošetřování ran pracovníků agentur domácí péče a následné vyhodnocení vzhledu, stavu a stádia hojení chronické rány u daných klientů. V závěru praktické části bude zhodnocen přínos agentur domácí péče pro klienty a návrh způsobu ošetřování chronických ran v Charitě Vsetín.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of home care of chronic wounds in Charity Vsetin. This work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe responsibilities of agencies and their funding. Finally I outline chronic wounds, way of treatment of wounds and equipments for effective wound healing. In the practical part, the reader learns information about medical history of specific clients especially evaluation of appearance , condition and the stage of wound healing. In conclusion, the practical part will evaluate the benefits of home care for clients and suggest ways of trea-ting chronic wounds in Charity Vsetín.
