Téma bakalářské práce je "Ošetřovatelský proces u klienta s Alzheimerovou chorobou". Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána definice Alzheimerovy choroby, etiopatogeneze, klinický obraz, diagnostika a terapie. Dále je zde uvedena ošetřovatelská péče o klienty trpící Alzheimerovou chorobou. Praktickou část práce tvoří ošetřovatelský proces u klientů trpících Alzheimerovou chorobou. Je zde zahrnut sběr informací od klientů hospitalizovaných v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Kroměříži. Práce je zaměřena na vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu, stanovení jednotlivých diagnóz s následnými cíli a stanovení vhodných intervencí s jejich následnou realizací. |

This thesis is about "The nursing process for a client with Alzheimer´s disease." This paper is divided into two sections theoretical and practical. The theoretical section describes definition of Alzheimer´s disease, etiopathogenesis, clinical pictures, diagnosis and therapy. Then, there is mentioned treatment for clients with Alzheimer´s disease. The practical department is about the nursing process for clients with Alzheimer´s disease. This section investigates the collection of information from patients and clients hospitalized in Psychiatric hospital in Kroměříž. This thesis is focused on the creation of the nursing process, determination of specific diagnoses with subsequent targets and set the suitable interventions and their subsequent implementation. |
