dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje teorii deficitu sebepéče u pacientů s kolostomií se zaměřením na vhodného oblečení pro stomiky. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři části. V první části se zabývám problematikou stomií. Druhá část je zaměřena na možnosti ve výběru vhodného oblečení pro stomiky. Ve třetí části píši o teorii deficitu sebepéče dle Dorothy Elisabeth Oremové. Praktická část se zabývá sestavením situační potřeby sebepéče u pacienta se zaměřením na vnímání života se stomií a výběr vhodného oblečení u mužů a žen, což bylo zjišťováno pomoci dotazníkového šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis is about the selfcaring deficit of patients with stoma, and about choosing the appropriate clothes for patients with stoma. The theoretical part is split in three parts. In the first part, I am adressing the issues that comes with stoma. The second part is concetrated on choosing appropriate clothes for stoma patients. In the third part, I am writing about theory of deficit by Dorothy Elisabeth Orem. The practical part deals with constructing situational self-care needs of the patient, focusing on the perception of life with a stoma and the selection of appropriate clothing for men and women, which was examined by means of questionnaires.
