dc.description.abstract	Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen o prevenci karcinomu prsu a o screeningovém mamografickém vyšetření. Metodika: V praktické části byl sestaven nestandardizovaný dotazník, který měl zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen o prevenci karcinomu prsu. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen pacientkami Onkologického centra Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od 4. 2. 2014 do 10. 3. 2014. Výsledky: Výsledky dotazníkového šetření prokázaly, že ženám je znám pojem mamografický screening. Ženy mají povědomí o postupu a frekvenci samovyšetřování prsů. Bylo zjištěno, že většina žen absolvovala preventivní vyšetření u svého praktického lékaře a gynekologa. Zajímavým výsledkem bylo zjištění, že gynekolog ženám pravidelně prsa nevyšetřoval, pouze ženy poučoval.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Goal: The aim of this thesis was to find out the awareness of women about breast cancer prevention and screening tests. Methodics: In the practical part of the thesis was compiled non standardized questionnaire, which was to ascertain the awareness of women about breast cancer prevention. The research group consisted of patients of Tomas Bata Regional Hospital Cancer Center in Zlín. The questionnaire research took place from 4th February 2014 to 10th March 2014. Results: The results of the survey showed that for women is known concept of mammography screening. Women are aware of the procedure and frequency of breast self-examination. It was found that most women attended screening at their general practitioner and gynecologist. An interesting result was that gynecologist did not regularly investigate women's breasts, but only women instructed.
