Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám prevencí syndromu diabetické nohy aneb "jak předejít amputaci". Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou diabetu. Popisuje diabetes mellitus, uvádí jeho definici, patofyziologii, příčinu, dělení, diagnostiku a léčbu. Dále se zaměřuje na komplikace spojené s diabetem, zejména na syndrom diabetické nohy a na možnosti prevence. Nedílnou součástí je i ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta se syndromem diabetické nohy. Vymezení kompetencí všeobecné sestry a její úloha v péči o diabetiky a jejich edukaci v prevenci. V praktické části jsou zpracována a graficky znázorněna data získaných z dotazníkového šetření. V návaznosti na závěry bakalářské práce byl vypracován edukační materiál pro pacienty s diagnózou diabetes mellitus s důrazem na předcházení chronickým komplikacím. |

The theme of my thesis is "Prevention of Diabetic Foot or How to Prevent Amputation". The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part deals with the issue of diabetes. It describes diabetes mellitus, provides a definiton, its cause, diagnostics, division, pathophysiology and treatment. The thesis also focuses on complications associated with diabetes, especially diabetic foot syndrome and how to prevent it. Nursing care of a patient suffering from the diabetic foot syndrome is also an integral part of the thesis. Demarcation of a nurse's competence and her role in taking care of diabetics and their education on prevention. The data obtained in the questionnaire are processed and graphically presented in the practical part. In relation to the conclusion of the thesis, an educational material with emphasis on prevention of chronic complications was prepared, and is intended for diabetes mellitus patients. |
