V bakalářské práci se zabývám pohledem na umírání a smrt v domácím prostředí. Vycházím ze studia literatury E. K. Rossové, která se touto problematikou celoživotně zabývala. Rozpracovávám zde jednotlivé fáze umírání, zabývám se přístupem k pacientům, ale i příbuzným, nebo jiným pečovatelům. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na specifika umírání u dětí. Popisuji přístup k pozůstalému dítěti. V praktické části se snažím identifikovat potřeby umírajících, jejich příbuzných a pečovatelů, a to formou kazuistik pacientů, které jsem ošetřovala. |

In bachelor´s thesis I deal with view of dying and death at home. I built on the study of E. Kübler - Ross literature who was dealing with this issue all her lifetime. I elaborate the different stages of dying, deal with attitude to the patients as well as relatives or other social workers. In the theoretical part I focus on the specifics of dying of the children. I describe attitude to the surviving child. In the practical part I try to identify the needs of the dying, their relatives and carers in the way of casuistry of the patients that I nursed. |
