Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sideropenické anémie. Teoretická část práce popisuje fyziologii krve a její složení, základní rozdělení anémií se zaměřením na sidero-penickou anémii, výskyt železa v organismu a přirozené zdroje železa v potravě. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou o sideropenické anémii informovány studentky středních škol. Praktická část je stanovena na základě anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Zjištěné údaje jsou zpracovány do grafů a tabulek, výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru práce. |

This bachelor thesis concerns with the problem of iron deficiency anemia. The theoretical part describes the physiology of blood and it´s composition, basic division of anemia with a focus on iron deficiency anemia, presence of iron in the organism and the natural sources of iron in the diet. The aim of this bachelor thesis is found out the information of secondary school students about this topic. The practical part is determined based on an anonymous questionnaire survey. Observed data are processed into graphs and tablets, the results are summarized into the discussion and consclusion. |
