dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá reflexí klinické praxe v rámci péče o umírající pacienty. Teoretická část se věnuje paliativní péči. Popisuje možnosti a rozdíly péče o umírající pacienty v agenturách domácí péče a na lůžkových geriatrických odděleních. Praktická část bakalářské práce uvádí výsledky z průzkumného šetření, jehož cílem je reflexe zkušeností všeobecných sester a péčí o umírající pacienty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with reflection of clinical practice in the care of dying patients. The theoretical part is devoted to palliative care. It describes the options and differences of care for dying patients in home care agencies and inpatient geriatric ward. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of an exploratory investigation aimed at reflection and experience of nurses caring for dying patiens.
