dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o delikventní mládeži, její páchané kriminalitě a prevenci kriminality. V teoretické části nejprve popisuje základní pojmy, jako je mládež, kriminalita apod. Dále charakterizuje znaky trestné činnosti mládeže a poskytuje statistický přehled kriminality mládeže v České republice za posledních deset let. V praktické části zjišťuje, jaké má veřejnost mínění o delikventní mládeži.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the delinquent youth, the juvenile delinquency and the preventive protection prior to the criminality. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are described general terms such as the youth, criminality etc. The following part of the thesis concerns fundamental traits of juvenile criminals. There are also contained statistics revealing the juvenile criminality in Czech Republic in last decade. In the practical part is I found out the public opinion about this youth.
