dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sociální determinanty justiční praxe u okresních soudů s podrobným zaměřením na jejich vznik, průběh i příčinu vzniku. Cílem je popsat a spojit právní pojetí problematiky řízení projednávaných u obecných soudů se sociálním dopadem do života účastníků řízení se začleněním tématu do kontextu sociální pedagogiky. Praktická část je věnována případům z praxe a jejich popisům a rozborům.
